PMPT was established in 2011 and has emerged as the leading rehabilitative facility in our community. PMPT provides pre-operative and post-operative care for an array of injuries. We provide the injured individual a complete evaluation of their orthopedic and or neurological condition. We can provide these services through PMPT’s clinical setting or through Perpetual Motion Virtual Physical Therapy Telehealth platform.
